July 4th!

Since the 4th was on a Wednesday this year, it made it hard to really celebrate.  So, we decided to go to Lake Okoboji for the day because they have a really nice firework show.  The kids spent the whole day at the waterpark!  Here is Brennen, all ready to go!  He insisted on having his goggles on and actually wore them the whole time.

Charlotta had to take a nap and missed the first part of the waterpark.  She did come after her nap, but I forgot to get out the camera then.   We were there for 6 hours and by the time we got home, the kids could hardly stay awake for the fireworks.  Mama persisted though and it was a great show.
