Back to school!

Another Birthday Boy

We spent the day at Skyzone, then had a party for my littlest guy,  Lot you lots, Brenneman.  For some reason, he really wanted rainbow poop.

 Serious stuff here!

Benbow week at the lake!

 We have to get the annual dock photo.  I'm not sure which is the best?? 

 But Liz made me laugh the hardest in this one!

Another teenager!

Hard to imagine that James is 13!  We had one day at home, then we had to rush up to the lake for my annual Benbow week at the lake.  Kicking off the week-James' birthday.  We went to Wild Water West for the day, but I only got one picture because everyone else was running around.

Anchorage, Alaska

We had another day of cruising and another 5 hour bike ride for me.  Then we landed in Seward.  We took a bus ride from Seward to Anchorage.  Those pictures are on my phone which is in the shop getting fixed, so I'll post those pictures when I can.  Today, we went on a sight seeing airplane tour in a seaplane.  Seaplanes are the most common way people get around in Alaska and we got to land on a lake up in Denali National Park.

Our final excursion day.  We went to a wildlife sanctuary.  These guys were incredible.  Have you ever heard/seen the show The Wild Kratts?  We these guys are the ones who do this show.  Their knowledge of animals is amazing!  This is Mario.  He knows everything about every animal and wants to tell you everything he knows.  They had to cut him off many times to move onto the next animal.  First, the snowy owl.

 Then, the grey wolf.

 We all got to pet a fox.

 Then comes Steve Kroschel, he reallly is crazy! Feeding mice to the lynx.

 Brennen was brave and he was always chosen to be the "helper." He had no fear about getting in there with all those crazy animals. Porcupine.

 We all got the chance to feed and kiss a moose.

 But, the moose liked me the best!

Then we got to pet and feed reindeer.

 Back in Skagway for some ice cream, is the building made all of antlers.
