Last Day together

 It was finally nice weather today, so we headed out to the Zoo.

 The zoo is always awesome and kids are always happy when they are there!

 A little train ride to take a break from the walking.

We leave bright and early tomorrow morning, and we will sure miss having all the cousins to play with!

Thanksgiving Tradition

Since 2007, we have run in the Boulevard Bolt on Thanksgiving morning.  It is always a different crew of people (this is my first year missed:(), but I think this might of been our largest turnout!  It was JT's first attempt and he did very well.  He ran the whole thing and finished a lot faster than he thought he could:)  We are really proud of him.

  

While they were out running, a skeleton crew of adults was in charge of all of the kids.  No probelm when you have ipads and iphones and so on.  They all got along great!

  

Of course, later in the day is for yummy turkey!  Here are all the kids at the kids table.

Family, Monkey Joes and a Birthday

We start today a little lazy, just hanging in our PJ's.

 

Then it's time to head off to Monkey Joes (a bounce house place) with everybody.  We really filled up the place and the kids spent a lot of energy.

 Kellen and Brennen being kicked off the 3 and under only bounce house.  For some reason, they really wanted to play there.

But another good place was found!

Day at the pool

They are not the best pictures since they are with my cell, but it's what I have.  The pool is always a good choice and there is nothing better than a water slide!

Science Center and NHL game for

After a day of recovering from the drive and getting settled in, we start the week in Nashville with an action-packed day!  We head off to the science center with Wystan, Trefor and families.  Trying out the wind tunnel-Conor does not like it at all, so he comes out and Lotta goes in.  I think you can see how she feels about it.

 

 The kids had the most fun this exhibit.  They pull up a parachute guy and then let him go.  They were just fascinated.

 After going home for lunch and a nap, we head out to downtown Nashville for a Predators game.

 Of course, you have to have snacks!

Arrival in Nashville

It took us 13 hours and 2 minutes and we have arrived in Nashville.  We were in the door five minutes and Charlotta and Lena were already best friends and playing dress-up.  These two will have a lot of fun together and cause their parents a lot of trouble!

Sick Days

 

Skylar has been sick for the past two days and has missed school.  Here she is trying to smile for me, but she really feels bad.  Hopefully this passes quickly since we leave for Thanksgiving on Saturday.  So, what does Charlotta do to pass the time while Mama is taking care of a sickie?  Swim, of course!  This girl loves the water!
