Trefor's first Triathlon!

Trefor and I drove over to Storm Lake today to do a Triathlon.  It was his first and my fourth.  We both had a great time and I was first overall of the women and Trefor placed 3rd in his age group.  I think if he gets a real bike, he could be pretty good!
