High school swimming districts

Skylar's chance to qualify for the high school state swim meet.  Only the top 24 swimmers in each event on this day in the state get to swim at the state swim meet. A fun day, but Skylar did not make it.  Hopefully, next year!

David's box

Favorite piece of mail of the year!  Everyone loves David's annual Halloween box.  They could not wait to get it open.  OF course, there was a little fight over who got what piece of candy...

Marching Band Competition

Skylar had her last marching band competition today.  They performed well and received a one (I'm told by people who know something about music that this is good) and were very happy with how they did.

Pumpkinland 2017

 You can't have Halloween without pumpkins and a trip to Pumpkinland.  The older kids had a race through the large corn maze (Skylar and Hannah won), while Charlotta and I did the animals and the small corn maze.

 Then it was time to pick our pumpkins out.

 We are all happy with our choices!

Ironman Wisconsin

For my 40th birthday, I wanted to celebrate by doing an Ironman.  That means JT gave me time to train without complaining, 100% support, encouragement when I wanted to quit, a lot of taking care of the kids and so on.  It was an amazing experience.

Back to school!

Another Birthday Boy

We spent the day at Skyzone, then had a party for my littlest guy,  Lot you lots, Brenneman.  For some reason, he really wanted rainbow poop.
