Well, we were supposed to fly down to Nashville last night, but a couple of birds decided to build a nest in the plane's engine and so JT and I hopped in the car and drove 13 hours straight to make it to Nashville in time for the festivities. We did not stop to feed the baby, instead, I pumped my milk into a bottle and fed her while JT drove. She did not complain at all. I was shocked at how well it went. When we got to Nashville JT crashed (since he drove all but two hours of the night!), but the kids were ready to go. Since it was Skylar's birthday, she got to open presents in the morning, but her party is going to be on Sunday.
Waiting impatiently to open presents!
Then mommy took a nap before the bridal lunch and rehearsal. After the rehearsal, was of course the rehearsal dinner/party. We had a lot of fun meeting up with everyone again, seeing all the new babies and showing off our new little girl!
All the Benbow girls. Liz, Lena, Jen, Bronwen (Me) and Visa!
The Benbow boys (including the newest, Conor): Byron, Evan and Wystan.
Our honorary brother Cyrus.
Papa and James!
Little Lena!
After a few cocktails...
My little girl hanging on!
