VandeVegte's

So, our family pair's up really nice with the VandeVegte family.  Jen and I are friends through working out together, Skylar is dating their oldest-Carter, James and Kellen are best friend's with Graham and Micah, and their youngest is Brennen's age, but plays so well with Charlotta (who knows-maybe Brennen and Rylan will couple up in a few years???).  So we decided to have them up for the weekend.  We were not even in the water 10 seconds and James splits his head on the hot dog!

School's out for summer!

After celebrating Charlotta's birthday, we head right up to the lake for the first week of summer! First thing-get the trampoline in!

Piper loves the lake more than anyone!!

 

To celebrate Skylar's birthday, we decide to head up to Valley Fair Amusement Park for a day.  The kids had a great time.  The four oldest went on all the big rides, while Charlotta and I had to hang on the small rides.  She needs to grow one more inch and then she will be "big!"

 We did the old time photo booth, where the kids just had so much fun getting all dressed up!

 Finishing out the week with a great bonfire!!

 We got to go to Lotta's classroom for the morning to see all of their hardwork for the year!

Annual Pops concert!

Every year, all the middle school band and choir put on a concert for the end of the year.  It's a great concert every year!
